Our home was on the market for a while with no activity, when it came time for a new agent, I decided to give Rosemarie a try. I wanted to sell the home and not have people walking through my home that were not really interested. I’ve heard nothing but complaints (from other sellers) about too many showings, but it just wasn’t an issue for us. We had a handful of buyers that were already approved and narrowed down to exactly what they are looking for. We didn’t end up showing the house in overabundance. I had a friend who complained about 80 to 90 showings and not one offer. When they had offers come through, their real estate agent just wasn’t able to get the deal done. I kept telling her you need to call Rosemarie. Rosemarie was able to take care of every little situation that came up for me. She was able to think through things before they were a problem. After getting the contract, I was concerned with the inspection, because the house was older. I was also concerned with the appraisal, but the process went smoothly. Rosemarie was really involved with the whole process to make sure they were aware of all the upgrades to get me the most money for the home. I’ve already recommended Rosemarie to a lot of people. I say if you want to sell your house you need to get this girl to handle it for you.

I had my home on the market for quite a while, and it wouldn’t sell with many realtors over the course of 1 year. Once it expired, I had many realtors sending me information, probably 40. Then I saw something that Rosemarie sent me, and it caught my eye. I was very skeptical about working with realtors after being burned over and over. I decided to give Rosemarie a shot and was very happy that I did. I found her to be someone who didn’t make false promises. Her marketing team came up with a plan and it really worked! She was not just sitting back once my house was on the MLS and wait for another realtor to bring the buyer. She was very aggressive in getting my offers and working out the best one to get me the most money. She’s much more technologically advanced than anyone I had dealt with and most of all she has integrity, she does what she says he will do. I found her to be competent and caring. She addresses every issue I bring up with respect and I have now sold my home and I’m very happy. If I had to sell or buy another home I would come back to Rosemarie.

I can tell you that Rosemarie Ledogar is truly the real deal. I have had nothing but good experiences with them. I have bought and sold a lot of houses and thought I knew how to do it; I had a good history of doing it. Specifically, there was a house in a rural area. We had it on the market for 8 months. We had priced it below market, yet we weren’t getting any showings or offers. Nothing was happening at all. The problem was that the market changed and there were certain houses we just could not sell. Rosemarie had approached me many times for a period of several months. Finally, after enough much frustration I decided to give her a try. In what seemed like no time at all we had 68 showings and a lot of offers. In the end we sold our house for the same price the other realtor hadn’t been able to sell it for. If it weren’t for Rosemarie, I don’t think we would have sold our home.

Rosemarie is an excellent agent in every way. She was a great communicator, negotiator and advisor. But most of all a great friend in this process and the support she gave and her trustworthiness was invaluable. Highly receommended!

Rosemarie was great. She worked very hard for me. The place I wanted to get was out of her way and she went there multiple times just to make sure people did what they said they did. She was really helpful and took A LOT of stress off of me. If I ever buy another house, I would use her again. I also tell people about her all the time. She even impressed my family (who my mom has been in this line of work for about 15 years now). I felt like I got lucky by finding her :)
